Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using ExpiryLedger, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

ExpiryLedger helps you track renewal and expiration dates and sends reminders you configure. Reminders are provided on a best-effort basis; you are responsible for acting on them and for meeting your own compliance obligations.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to enter any data you add.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. Free trials convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExpiryLedger is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including missed renewals or lapsed compliance.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
