How does pricing work?+
Every plan includes unlimited email reminders and generous seat counts — you're never charged per user. Plans differ by how many items you track and how much document storage you need. Start free, and upgrade only when you outgrow the limits.
Do you charge per user?+
No. Seats are included in every paid plan — Starter includes 3 users, Growth 15, and Business is unlimited. Adding a teammate never increases your bill within your plan.
Will reminder emails actually reach me?+
Yes. Reminders are sent through a dedicated transactional email provider with full domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), so they land in the inbox — not spam. Configurable lead times mean you're reminded 30, 14, 7, and 1 days before, plus overdue nudges until it's renewed.
Can I import my existing spreadsheet?+
